NATURAL PERFUMERY - LUXURY ADVANCE PRIVATE MENTORING

ONE-TO-ONE ONLINE PROGRAM · BY APPLICATION ONLY

Why This Mentorship Exists
Natural perfumery is often taught through fragmented lenses: either as a technical craft stripped of artistic rigor, or as an expressive practice disconnected from material discipline.
This mentorship exists to reunite material intelligence, authorship, and ethical responsibility based on the New Luxury Code and IPF’s philosophy and ethics.
Its purpose is not to produce formulas, but to cultivate judgment.
Not to teach style, but to support the emergence of a coherent, personal olfactory language rooted in substance, restraint, and contemporary relevance.
This is an atelier, not a classroom.

Program Overview
The Luxury Advanced Private Mentoring is a bespoke, one-to-one educational and creative engagement designed for individuals seeking advanced refinement rather than foundational instruction.
The program unfolds through direct transmission, sustained critical dialogue, and continuous practical work. Each mentorship is shaped around the participant’s background, artistic vision, and professional objectives, allowing for depth, precision, and intellectual freedom.

How the Mentorship Is Conducted
One-to-One Atelier Format
All sessions are online, live, and strictly one-to-one.
There are no group classes, prerecorded material, or standardized pacing.
The work is dialogue-driven, combining critique, instruction, and strategic guidance.
The mentor functions as a critical counterpart, not a demonstrator.

Session Rhythm
Mentorship takes place through weekly 60-minute private sessions.
Each session typically includes:
●      Review of ongoing practical work
  • Technical or conceptual deepening
  • Targeted refinements or corrections
●      Strategic discussion aligned with long-term direction
Independent work between sessions is essential and expected.

Practice as the Core Method
This mentorship is practice-led.
Every concept is explored through direct work with materials, accords, bases, and finished compositions, ensuring that thinking and making evolve together.
Participants engage in:
●      Hands-on work with 50+ curated natural raw materials
  • Progressive construction and refinement of:
    • Simple and complex accords
    • Functional bases
    • Complete fragrance compositions
  • Iterative testing, dilution, rebalancing, and editing
●      Evaluation of material behavior across time, concentration, and application
All practical work is personally reviewed, challenged, and refined during sessions.

Phase-Based Program Structure
The mentorship follows a flexible but intentional progression, articulated through phases rather than modules.

PHASE I  Alignment & Diagnostic
Purpose
This phase exists to slow everything down.
Before materials are blended or ideas pursued, the work begins by establishing a shared ground: a common language, a clear rhythm, and a precise understanding of where the participant truly stands.
Here, tendencies emerge:strengths, habits, hesitations.
What is instinctive, what is inherited, what is still undefined.
The purpose of this phase is to remove noise, clarify intent, and define a trajectory that is neither imposed nor accidental, but consciously chosen.

PHASE II Advanced Material & Sensory Intelligence
Purpose
This phase is devoted to listening to materials without interruption.
Raw materials are approached not as ingredients to be used, but as entities with structure, tension, memory, and limits. Through repetition and comparison, perception becomes sharper, slower, more reliable.
The purpose is to move beyond recognition and preference, toward material understanding to sense not only what a material is, but what it resists, what it suggests, and where it begins to fracture.
Here, discernment replaces accumulation.

PHASE III — Accord Construction & Structural Authority
Purpose
This phase is about learning to hold form.
Accords and structures are built, dismantled, reduced, and rebuilt not to multiply options, but to cultivate control. Decisions become deliberate; excess becomes visible.
The purpose is to develop structural confidence: the ability to shape complexity without losing clarity, to create tension without collapse, and to recognize when a composition has already said enough.
Here, authority replaces hesitation.

PHASE IV  Bespoke Fragrance & Applied Projects
Purpose
This phase brings ideas into contact with reality.
Concepts are tested through finished works: perfumes, bases, and applied formats, where materials behave differently, intentions are challenged, and coherence must be defended.
The purpose is not to adapt vision to context, but to translate it without dilution.
To understand how form shifts across mediums, and how meaning survives, or fails, when conditions change.
This is where vision becomes accountable.

PHASE V  Critical Review, Language & Positioning
Purpose
This phase is concerned with clarity of voice.
Work is examined not only for technical integrity, but for coherence: between intention and outcome, between material choice and ethical stance, between expression and restraint.
Language becomes a tool not for persuasion, but for precision.
What cannot be named often cannot be controlled.
The purpose is to sharpen perception inward and outward, allowing the work to stand without justification, and the maker to recognize their position without imitation.

PHASE VI  Integration, Documentation & Outcome
Purpose
This final phase is about continuity.
The work is consolidated, not closed. Materials, accords, decisions, and methods are gathered into a personal archive:
a structured body of knowledge that can be revisited, questioned, and expanded over time.

The purpose is to ensure that what has been developed does not dissolve once the mentorship ends that the practice becomes autonomous, repeatable, and internally coherent.
What remains is not a conclusion, but a stable point of departure.
Ethics as Practice
Ethics are treated not as statements, but as constraints that shape decisions.
Material selection, sourcing, refusal, and sustainability are approached as creative parameters, influencing form, structure, and meaning at every stage of the work.
Ethical positioning is embedded in practice, not declared after the fact.

What This Mentorship Is Not
This program is not designed to:
●      Optimize products for mass-market trends
●
Deliver shortcuts, recipes, or proprietary formulas
●      Accelerate output at the expense of integrity
It exists for those committed to long-term mastery, not immediacy.

Duration & Formats
●      10-Week Intensive Mentoring € 4.800
●      14-Week Extended Mentoring € 6.500
Duration is selected according to ambition, complexity, and desired depth.

Nature of the Experience
This mentorship is:
●      Demanding, analytical, and precise
●      Artistically open, yet structurally rigorous
●      Focused on the transformation of practice, not instruction
It is conceived as a luxury atelier experience, defined by time, attention, and discernment.
Outcome: A Shift in Practice
This mentorship is designed to move participants from makers of fragrances to authors of olfactory work.
